M.K.: Lingerie Diva is an online retail store that offers various types and brands of lingerie. Our key product categories include, but are not limited to, babydolls; bustiers; corsets; adult costumes; and plus-size lingerie [...] Almost all of our items are processed in our own warehouse in Lenexa, Kan., and over 95 percent of them go out within 24 hours. Lingerie Diva has been a leader in online sales since 2003 and has grown exponentially since it was bought by the current owners in 2006. The Lingerie Diva website is constantly updated with new items, sales and informational content, as well as the store's blog. It now reaches about 600,000 viewers a month and is currently ranked first in Google's lingerie search.

A.T.P.: What makes your store special, and why do customer choose it over competing stores?

M.K.: Lingerie Diva prides itself on its exceptional customer service. We realize that some people may feel uncomfortable about ordering from a lingerie store; that's why we guarantee discreet shipping. Every item comes carefully hand-packaged in our signature wrapping, which is placed in a plain box with just the Virtual Inventories return address.

M.K.: Coquette; Dreamgirl; Elegant Moments; Leg Avenue; Seven 'til Midnight; and Shirley of Hollywood.

A.T.P.: What price range and size range do you carry?

M.K.: Almost all of our items, except for our traditional corsets, are under $100, and are sometimes as low as $10 [...] Sizes range from XS to 4X.

A.T.P.: Who is your customer base made up of?

M.K.: We have both male and female customers of all ages, ranging from 18 to 65.
