M.K.: Our store is very open, well lit and bright [...] We have two tanning booths and offer pole dancing classes on a regular basis. We have events several times a year and one of our most popular ones has been our Ladies Day where we cross-promote with outside vendors [...] Our key products are lingerie; club wear; swimwear; adult novelties; DVDs; magazines; books; games; and massage candles.

M.K.: We offer a large variety of products and have consistent product training. Customer service is very important to all of us and we pride ourselves in creating a friendly atmosphere for all of our shoppers.
A.T.P.: What lingerie brands are important?
M.K.: Shirley of Hollywood; Leg Avenue; Dream Girl; Carrie Amber/ Seven ‘til Midnight; Pleaser Shoes; and Kama Sutra.
A.T.P.: What trends or styles are currently popular among your customers?
M.K.: We have had a huge interest in corsets as outerwear, alternative clothing, and lingerie of all types; we are finding that packaged lingerie is really a big seller.
A.T.P.: What price range and size range do you carry?
M.K.: We offer a wide variety of sizes from XS to 3X/4X. Our price points range from a pillow pack that is .99 cents to a Liberator Esse that is $499.99.
A.T.P.: Who is your customer base made up of?
M.K.: [It is] split pretty evenly between males and females with age range of 25 to 65.
A.T.P.: What is your typical or average customer size?
M.K.: While most of our customers usually buy a S/M we do have a fair number of plus women that purchase from our store.

M.K.: $48 to $55.
