(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Kansas-based lingerie boutique Clair de Lune is offering customers a recession-friendly deal. From August 29th through September 12th, shoppers who purchase one bra, which the store offers in sizes 30A through 52K, will get the second one at half-price.
Terry Levine, owner of Clair de Lune, decided to offer the special because she believes that women should not have to sacrifice great foundation because times are tough. “A bra is something that most women wear everyday, and is essential to making them look and feel good. Just because the economy is sagging, doesn’t mean that their bustline has to.”
During the special promotion the store will be decorated with an “inspirational poster” reminiscent of the Obama campaign photos by Shepard Fairey. Levine commented: “We’re hoping that the clever message will stimulate women to save some money and replenish an essential element of their wardrobe with some pretty fashion bras. [Its] our own version of an economic stimulus.”
Clair de Lune is located in Hawthorne Plaza at 119th and Roe in Overland Park, Kansas. For further information, call (913) 491-3232, or e-mail Info@ClairdeLuneKc.com.
