(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). New intimate apparel company Jenna Leigh showed its debut autumn/winter 2009-2010 collection at the CurveNY show this month. The collection includes thongs, hipsters and boyshorts wholesaling for $61 to $80, bras and bralettes wholesaling for $77 to $140, and a nightie wholesaling for $200. Sizes range from 32A to 36D, and S through L.
Jenna Blatstein, owner/founder of Jenna Leigh, reported that she aiming the brand toward the “sophisticated” young woman aged 20 to 35, who “craves classic yet sexy lingerie.” She was inspired by both classic and contemporary styles in designing the line.
“I wanted to create a collection that infuses vintage-glamour with modern fashion,” Blatstein said. “Lingerie is the first thing you put on in the morning and the last thing you take off, every single day….I designed my collection to give women style and confidence.”
Blatstein reported that several boutiques who have picked up the line including Journelle in New York City; Lille Boutique in Portland, Ore.; Brooklyn Fox in Brooklyn, N.Y; and French Dressing in Boston, Mass.
