(Filed Under Fashion News). Eric R. Hamburg has replaced David Martino as CEO of intimate apparel house Russell-Newman Brands, Inc. Martino retired this June following the retirement of his brother, Jim Martino.
Hamburg continues in his role as president of private equity firm, Industrial Renaissance, which he founded in 1996. Industrial Renaissance acquired Russell-Newman through a platform acquisition in summer 2007. The firm's other intimate apparel acquisitions have included Karen Neuburger and Carol Malony, both in summer 2008, among others.
Hamburg has also replaced David Martino on the American Apparel & Footwear Association's (AAFA) board of directors.
