Italy-based loungewear company Luna di Giorno has launched its new spring/summer 2010 collection, comprised of 12 new lines for both men and women including a wide range of bathrobes, gowns, slippers and more. This collection will launch in September at the Mode City show in Paris.
The bathrobes, which are the most expensive items in the line, wholesale between 45 and 60 euro (or approximately $64 to $85 at the current exchange rate). The towels wholesale from 25 to 30 euro (or $35 to $43), and the accessories, including slippers, beauty cases and bags, wholesale from 20 to 25 euro (or $28 to $35).
Luna's products are sold throughout the world, and can be found at Brooklyn-based The Lingerie Shop, Royal Lingerie, Princess Lingerie Boutique and B.M.G..
South Carolina-based Bits of Lace also carries Luna's products. "It's a great product and a totally different Italian line," said Zee Patel, general manager and buyer at the store. "People tend to like it because of its different colors that are very attractive." Bits of Lace carries Luna's robes and accessories, which retail from $48 all the way to $200.
