(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Canada-based lingerie company Arianne has relocated its Paddington store to a 400-square-foot space in the Queen Victoria Building (QVB), a landmark in downtown Sydney, Australia.
"The Queen Victoria is a very prestigious building in Sydney," said Natasha Krummen, marketing coordinator for Arianne. "A good location became available, and it was a good opportunity for Arianne [to move]. This location has more walk-by traffic than the previous location on Oxford Street."
Built in 1898, the QVB boasts a Romanesque Victorian inspiration shown through its large stained windows, arches, pillars and intricate tiled floors. The building has recently begun a $35.7 million refurbishment plan, which will enhance the heritage and architectural values of the location, while keeping pace with commercial realities of the 21st century.
Arianne operates a second store, also in Australia, featuring 2,000-square-feet of space.
