(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Spirite Industries, Inc. (S.I.I.) has appointed Tracy Schneider as director of merchandising. Schneider is also serving as project manager for joint venture projects between S.I.I. and intimate apparel company Planet Lingerie.

With S.I.I.'s expertise in junior, missy and plus size bras, and Planet's specialization in panties and other intimate coordinates, the two have been doing numerous projects together and, according to Gary Kronfeld, CEO of S.I.I., the two companies are a perfect match.

"There is an excellent synergy between management of our two companies, and this relationship allows the retailers to benefit greatly by utilizing our expertise to their advantage both in 'speed to market' and in pricing structure," said Kronfeld.
