Canada-based Dussault Apparel, mainly known for its custom-designed ready-to-wear, accessories and leather goods, has recently announced a strategic alliance with Florida-based swimwear maker Betty Bangs. According to company CEO Jason Dussault, this partnership will allow his company to maintain its previously announced goals of saving costs by entering the “lucrative swimwear sector.”

“I am convinced that in our highly competitive world, our new approach of working with established industry partners like Betty Bangs will help to expand our distribution and enhance brand awareness,” said Dussault of the partnership.

Spanning across the U.S. and Canada, the two companies are available at over 50 selling points, as well as BettyBangs.net and DussaultApparel.com. Both manufacturers share a similar style and are known for featuring hand embellishments in their work as well as only producing limited collections.

“The moment I saw Beth’s collection of swimwear, I realized the potential for some synergy,” said Dussault. “Beth and I share a lot of the same design standards: quality, originality and sex appeal.”

The first pieces of the Dussault collection from Betty Bangs are expected to launch by mid-June.
