After introducing its swimwear line in the United States last year in partnership with now Huit-operated Barbara, 60-year-old French company Janine Robin will now be launching its lingerie line in the U.S. for the first time this year under the name Janine Robin USA.

Shedding its relations to Barbara and now serving as its own entity with sales representatives across the U.S. and Canada, owner of Janine Robin Patrick Tiba said he decided to launch the company’s lingerie in the U.S. due to the brand’s success in Europe.

The new lingerie collection, which is entirely produced in France in Janine Robin factories, is comprised of 44 pieces featuring embroideries from Austria and handmade leavers lace from France.

“The collection includes gorgeous guepieres, waist cinchers and a garter belt in addition to the fashionable bras and panties,” said Tiba. “[It] also includes two beautiful basic themes that can be worn comfortably everyday.”

Bras wholesale at a range of $32 to $39, or $75 to $92 retail, and are available in sizes 32A to 40G. The panties wholesale from $16 to $20, or $38 to $47 retail, and are available in sizes XS to 4XL.

In the past, Janine Robin used to do a lingerie line in France, but production ended approximately ten years ago, although it did continue producing its swimwear, and soon became known as “the number one selling swim line in France,” said Tiba. Now, not only will the lingerie line launch in the U.S., it will also re-launch in France.

Products hit stores this August.
