Coquette Adds Fun Fabrics

(Filed Under wholesale Men's Underwear News). Coquette has recently released its 2009/10 180-page long catalog featuring new styles and prints in celebration of its 30th anniversary this year.

The line, comprised of styles for women and men, will be released in late April at the International Lingerie Show in Las Vegas.

This year, ZAKK, Coquette’s male line which debuted in 2002, includes some carry over items as well as new additions. “These designs are much different from previous ZAKK launches because we’ve stepped away from the solid colors and added a few fun new fabrics into this collection,” said Rebecca Goettling, Coquette’s public relations coordinator.

Goettling specifically mentioned style Z5194, the low-rise short Lycra skull printed boxer briefs and style Z5205, the leopard printed thong with side clasps, as new fun and exciting styles.

She also cited the new musical g-strings as an exciting launch. These g-strings are eye-catching to say the least, featuring animals such as an elephant and a pig, as the front part of the garment.

“We wanted to try something bold and exciting for our 30th anniversary since it’s such a huge milestone,” said Goettling. “The fun prints and fabrics for the ZAKK line are certainly a huge step away from the usual solid colors we carry, although they are ideal for more reserved men.”

Wholesaling at a range of $7.50 to $12.50, the line includes an assortment of cuts including thongs, g-strings, boxer briefs, briefs and short boxer briefs. The line retails at a range of $19 to $25.

Goettling says the line’s overall theme, including carry over items and new additions, is “sexy and comfortable. These garments are meant to possess strong sex appeal and accentuate the male body.”

Sizes run from S, S/M, M, L, L/XL, and XL.
