(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). The Kinky Korner will be a new section, focused on sexier brands, at the Curve show in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, February 5 through 7, 2019.
A promotion piece for the show describes the space, which will be located within, but separate from, the overall Curve location, as “a concept showroom, displaying a curated mix of lingerie, swimwear and accessories brands, giving buyers a modern shopping experience and allowing them to discover new products at their own pace.”
There are a variety of “Korner” packages starting with one that offers a single brand a rolling rack with 10 outfits and hangers, as well as a shelf unit. According to Curve CEO Raphael Camp, an exhibiting company need not send representatives to be present during the show for this package. But they are welcome to attend nonetheless. He explained that the package will provide a low cost way for companies to have their fashions on display at Curve without the expense of personnel, airfare, hotels and meals. The exhibiting company need only pay for shipping garments to and from the show.
Various other display options for The Kinky Korner are available on request from the show.
According to Camp, Curve is looking to launch the new section only at the Las Vegas event, and is limiting participation to approximately ten brands. Curve will be promoting the section in a variety of ways over the next two months. — NM
