According to Ëa, Gomar has "extensive retail and wholesale experience" in the apparel and footwear industries.

Most recently, he was president of retail and e-commerce at Steve Madden Ltd., and has worked in a similar capacity for Foot Locker, Starter Apparel and Osen Fashion, a women’s European apparel brand. During the inception of his career, he worked for Procter and Gamble and the Coca Cola company.

Ëa Lingerie is a self-described “delicate and feminine” lingerie brand with headquarters in Miami and other offices in Mexico, Colombia and Spain.
