(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Buoyed by positive reactions from buyers, some of it at recent trade shows, sister companies Starline and Raveware both reported record breaking sales for their latest collections.

Starline’s new spring Forbidden collection “has set records for unit sales and revenue, making it the most successful launch in the company’s history. Starline’s sister company, Raveware, also set records with the launch of it’s expanded Ambrosia Collection, which featured an expanded main line as well as a new fetish bridal line, Altar Ego, and holiday lingerie line, Naughty,” according to a company statement.

“We’re beyond excited about how the new collections from both companies were received by our customers during the Spring lingerie show circuit,” said John Wiltgen, president of Starline/Raveware. “It’s really a credit to the talented design team members we have in place here. The lines they created really made a strong connection to the market.”

“Customers thought the designs were so unique, and many said they felt we had the most original collections they had seen at the Altitude Intimates show,” added Wendy McConnell, VP of sales. “The beautiful color palate and branded packaging were also a huge hit.”

According to Wiltgen, Starline and Raveware have several new branded lingerie collections in development now for both Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 launches. “The start of the year has been great, but we’re not satisfied by any stretch of the imagination. We will build on this success and continue to offer our retailers on-trend products that feature exceptional quality, fit, comfort and value.”

Forbidden by Starline contains 22 new and unique styles in its 2019 lingerie collection. Styles range “from daring to demure, with pops of color in plum, emerald green, black and nude. The collection includes teddies, bra and panty sets, nighties and robes, with several new strappy options, fetish styles and fresh new bedroom costume designs.”

The Ambrosia by Raveware collection for 2019 expands “on the very successful launch of the Ambrosia Collection last spring,” according to the company. “40 plus new styles have been added including the Ambrosia Altar Ego Collection (fetish bridal) and the Ambrosia Naughty Collection (holiday) lingerie.”

Contacts for the two labels are as follows: Starline, 949-209-8814 and sales@starline.la; Raveware, 949-748-8819 and info@raveware.net.
