Rago has been in business for over 70 years. “We plan to continue to expand and develop market presence through product development and further acquisitions,” declared Steve Chernoff, who with his son Justin, own Rago.

Nick Monjo and fmmg.com introduced the seller to the buyer, and worked with Cortland to complete the sale.
