(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Georgia boutique LiviRae Lingerie has launched its new Virtual Fit experience, offering women around the globe online access to the company’s expert bra fitting techniques.
Designed to bring its fit concept to women everywhere, Virtual Fit recreates the in-store fitting experience by building a personalized bra fitting session through the use of Skype.
“For years, we’ve been thinking of ways to reach women — all women, not just women who can get to our store,” LiviRae owner and co-founder Cynthia Decker said in a statement. “With Virtual Fit, we can now reach women all over the world.”
During a Virtual Fit session, the professional fitter and client work together to determine a proper fit. LiviRae’s experts hope to bring down the high percentage of women who are currently wearing the wrong size bra and spread knowledge of proper fitting and breast health to women everywhere.
“Basically, we want to get it right. We don’t want these women to suffer anymore,” Decker said. “We want them to feel comfortable throughout the entire Virtual Fit process.”
The program also offers suggestions of handpicked merchandise for the client after the fit is complete, as well as a complimentary Check Fit service, where a client checks in weeks after the Virtual Fit to make sure the fit is correct and the client is comfortable with the new purchase.
“We’re basically taking the fit concept used in our store to get women a great bra and utilizing it through the Web shopping experience," LiviRae owner and co-founder Molly Hopkins said.
