(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). In late September, Victoria’s Secret unveiled the “The Closeup,” its newest push-up bra, featuring a wide side band to create a sleek, supportive shape.
Limited Brands’ investor relations executive Amie Preston announced The Closeup launch earlier in the month, and Victoria’s Secret has marked the debut with a television commercial featuring South African bombshell Candice Swanepoel.
The side band is double-lined to provide stability, comfort and extra smoothing, while the plunge cups provide extreme lift, providing a “sexy perfection from every angle“ according to the website. Victoria’s Secret adorns the styles with front bow and rhinestone embellishments.
The Closeup is available in sizes 32 B and C; 34 to 36, B to DD; and 38 C to DD. It comes in solid colors nude, pink and black, which retail for $48 for most sizes and $52 for DD sizes. A leopard-print style retails for $49.50 and $52 for DD sizes. Lace styles include lilac frost, blush rose, neon grape and black colorways, and costs $52, while DD lace styles cost $55.
