No! They were in Houston at the Halloween & Party Expo 2013. The competition has gotten heavy over the last threes years. Only the strongest have survived as we watch many companies fall from grace and others emerge victorious. The heavyweight champions this year include Rubies, Leg Avenue, Music Legs, Delicious, Forplay, Party King, Lip Service and many others, who dominated the playing field with new licenses, new styles and a lot of hard work. Everyone bought their “A” game this season. And, if you weren’t in Houston you weren’t in the costume business as far as retailers were concerned. You had to be in this race to win this race.
