Yet another brand is being added to the crowded Komar, Inc. stable with the announcement of “the signing of a letter of intent to acquire substantially all the assets of Le Mystère, LLC,” according to Komar. Even before this latest move the intimate apparel conglomerate represented “nearly 100” brands of intimate apparel, loungewear, sleepwear and layering products.

“We have admired the Le Mystère brand for many years and look forward to adding this brand to our growing portfolio in Komar Intimates,” declared Charles Komar, president and CEO, adding he plans “to expand the Le Mystère label to our sleepwear and loungewear lines.”

Michael Rabinowitz, president and founder of Le Mystère, said he was “delighted that Komar will support our core business and further the growth of Le Mystère as one of the leading brands in women’s intimate apparel.”
