(Filed Under Adult News). Standard Innovation Corporation, the company that produces the We-Vibe line of vibrators, has registered a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission regarding products manufactured by LELOi AB, maker of LELO brand massagers.
Standard Innovation Corp. is requesting that the International Trade Commission investigate and prevent the importation of certain kinesiotherapy products as they allegedly infringe on the company’s patents. The devices include LELO’s Tiani Couples’ Massager and Mahana Duo Massager.
LELOi AB has stated that it believes its products do not infringe on any patents held by Standard Innovation Corp. and will defend itself against any allegations. LELOi AB is based in Stockholm, Sweden while Standard Innovation Corp. is headquartered in Ottawa, Canada.
