(Filed Under wholesale Activewear News). PVH Corp. and G-III Apparel Group Ltd. have agreed to a licensing deal to launch Calvin Klein Performance stores as well as shop-in-shop locations in the United States and China.

The Calvin Klein Performance line encompasses activewear and basics including yoga pants, leggings, capris, shorts, tanks, T-shirts and hoodies. G-III Apparel has held the wholesale license for Calvin Klein performance since 2007 and may expand the line to additional countries worldwide. "There is an excellent opportunity to leverage the power and recognition of the Calvin Klein brand to bring the Performance line to a global audience of customers," stated Morris Goldfarb, chairman and C.E.O. of G-III.

PVH Corp. owns, designs, sources and markets brands across apparel categories. G-III designs, manufactures and markets apparel with an emphasis on activewear and outdoor gear. Both companies are based in New York.
