(Filed Under retail Lingerie News). Female employees at a Swedish branch of lingerie brand Change of Scandinavia have spoken out regarding a store policy requiring the women to display their bra size on their name tag.
Introduced three years ago, the name tags display the employees’ names, band size and cup size. Change C.E.O. Susann Haglund stated that the tags were actually an employee suggestion and are used to showcase the brand’s broad range of sizes and help customers decide what sizes may accommodate different body shapes.
Change employees made uncomfortable by the name tags may introduce a lawsuit if the company says the policy is not voluntary.
Change of Scandinavia is a Danish lingerie company with stores in Scandinavia, Western Europe, the Middle East and Canada.
