(Filed Under wholesale Basics News). Komar Layering, part of Komar Inc., is in a licensing agreement to produce men’s and women’s thermal underwear for Jockey International.

The layering apparel will be produced and shipped beginning in fall 2012. Jockey International’s previous license for thermal underwear was held by Costa Mesa, Calif.-based Appareltex USA, Inc.

Komar Inc. was founded in 1908 and produces apparel for over 100 lifestyle brands and licenses worldwide. Kenosha, Wis.-based Jockey International, Inc. is a manufacturer, wholesaler and marketer of apparel sold in 120 countries.
