(Filed Under wholesale Men's Underwear News). Fashion designer Michael Kors is launching a menswear line that includes underwear, sleepwear and loungewear.
"The launch of the new underwear collection is a natural progression into the men’s business," stated Michael Kors C.E.O. John Idol. "Our existing men’s sportswear business along with tailored clothing and furnishings has grown rapidly. We have perfected the product and I think the Michael Kors customer will see that we’ve paid special attention to design and quality."
Boxed styles include sets of two boxer briefs, three traditional briefs and three crewneck T-shirts that retail for $29 to $34, while individual hanging styles encompassing underwear, shorts, lounge pants and shirts will retail in the $28 to $70 range. The line will be available at Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and Neiman Marcus.
The Michael Kors men’s line was produced in partnership with PVH Corp., which holds the intimates licenses for brands and designers including Izod and Tommy Hilfiger.
