"After a year of terrific feedback, the number one suggestion we received was to add plus sizes, making our high-tech pretty panties available to more women," stated Angela Newnam, founder of Knock out! Smart Panties. Beginning in October 2011, Knock out will introduce 2X and 3X sizes in two different styles that previously only went up to an XL.

Panty styles in the Knock out! collection include thongs, bikinis, boyshorts and briefs featuring liners made of patented NO TRACE fabrics. The NO TRACE liners are made of breathable, dye-free 100 percent cotton engineered to stay dry and absorb odors. Kristen Lemke, buyer for Texas retailer Julian Gold, told BODY Magazine, "I was intrigued with the technology behind such a sexy-looking cotton panty, so I brought the lacy panty and thong into three of our locations to test them. I met with my staff to explain the benefits of Knock out! Panties and provided samples for them to wear ... that was all it took to get them behind the product. Once you get your clients to try Knock out! Panties, they will come back and buy more. I have since expanded Knock out! Panties to all of our stores and have to reorder every week to keep all our locations fully stocked. This is the first time that I have had a new panty launch and take off so quickly."

Wholesale prices for the panties range from $9.50 to $14. Washington, D.C.-based Knock out! products are sold at boutiques and specialty stores across the United States and Canada, including Julian Gold, Intimacy, Top Drawer and Linea Intima.
