The division includes Tommy Hilfiger, the Lucky Brand, Karen Neuburger and Nearly Nude. Vandagriff “has over 20 years of experience in sales, merchandising and overall operational and P&L functions,” declared a company spokesperson.

Vandagriff worked most recently as EVP sales at Women’s HMX LLC., “responsible for directing all sales and merchandising efforts for Misook and the newly launched Ivanka Trump Apparel line.” Prior to that, Vandagriff was an EVP at Russell Newman and before that was “at Carole Hochman Designs for five years first, as the national sales manager and then, as the EVP of sales for both Carole Hochman and Oscar De la Renta sleepwear. At Carole Hochman the brand objectives and positioning included May Co, Federated, Saks Inc. Dillard’s, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Saks,” according to the Delta statement.

Vandagriff was also president at Bendon/Elle Macpherson Intimates for a number of years and has “sales experience outside of intimates earlier in her career in swim, as well as in apparel, spending time at Polo Ralph Lauren as a senior director of sales in the Lauren division re-launching the Lauren brand for the Polo Ralph Lauren Company, dealing with Belk, Bon Ton, Saks Inc., and May Company.” Victoria’s email address is: Victoria.vandagriff@us.deltagalil.com.
