(Filed Under Event News). With preregistration of both buyers and exhibitors running stronger than at previous fall shows, International Lingerie Show president Michael Moreira said the September event will be "one of our better shows."

The exhibition runs Sept. 19 through 21 at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas. "The fall show is growing to mirror the success we have had with the spring show," Moreira said. The spring show is generally larger, mainly because it also includes the Las Vegas Halloween Show. It is scheduled to be held at the same hotel March 26 to 28, 2012.

"All buyers and their guests are welcome to attend what has now become known as the best cocktail party and fashion show in the industry. Free drinks and food put everyone is the mood to enjoy the sexiest show in the USA," declared Moreira.

Exhibiting for the first time at the September ILS will be Rubie’s and Smiffy’s USA, among others. Other major exhibitors who will be returning include, in alphabetic order, Coquette, Dreamgirl, Escante (reportedly with a new booth), Leg Avenue, René Rofé, Shirley of Hollywood and 200 others.

One noticeable trend, according to Moreira, is that "Halloween has become so popular that many of our Halloween vendors will be offering late buys and closeouts to buyers. The show is early enough for buyers to take advantage of these buys."
