(Filed Under Wholesale Swimwear News). Mya Blue Beach, a UK-based producer of clothing for the swimwear industry, has expanded its lines of kaftans, cover-ups and beachwear with new lines Mya Blue Boutique and Mya Blue Luxe.
Back in 2004, Mya Blue Beach founder and designer Lindsey Brown saw a gap in the market for fashionable beachwear that women ages 25 to 65 could wear day and night at the beach, pool, resort or cruise ship. Brown’s easy, feminine beachwear looks are available in a wide array of colors and are designed for summer parties and holiday travel.
Mya Blue Beach designs are made of 100 percent cotton, while Mya Blue Boutique’s resort/apres beach looks are crafted from a cotton-viscose blend and Mya Blue Luxe’s high-end wear is manufactured from 100 percent silk. Sizes range from XS to XXXL with a wholesale price point range of approximately $48 to $192 and a recommended retail range of approximately $120 to $380. Collections are created in England, India and Morocco with all pieces shipping from England. There is a 10-piece minimum for retailers.
Mya Blue Luxe will be launching soon for worldwide delivery by spring/summer 2012. Mya Blue Beach and Mya Blue Boutique styles are available in retailers and specialty stores in the U.K., Australia and Turks and Caicos, including Rigby and Peller Lingerie in London and HoneysLingerieBoutique.com.
