(Filed Under Wholesale Swimwear News). UK-based Miss Mandalay, a company that produces intimate apparel and swimwear for large-busted women, is launching its new Spring/Summer 2009 collections for a mid-February delivery.

The garments are constructed to fit sizes 28 D-G and 30-38 B-GG.

“Unlike many large cup lingerie and swimwear brands currently available, Miss Mandalay’s collections are conceptually driven to reflect directional high fashion trends,” said a company spokesperson. “With their style conscious wearer in mind, collections offer an exclusive designer boutique feel.”

The lingerie range includes the Paris style, semi sheer tulle with satin ribbon trim available in ivory/black, raspberry/black and beige/raspberry, and the Paige range which is a light tulle in orangeade and daffodil inspired color tones.

The bikini range includes Malibu styles in moss green and Tibetan red; the Florida styles are available in chili red; and the Valencia styles are black and white.

The new collection will be available at select U.S. retailers including Manhattan-based www.catrionamackechnie.com and Brooklyn-based P Wink Worth Inc., but the company wants to approach and sell to more U.S. retailers.
