(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Baci Lingerie announced Tuesday that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Sensualove SL, a major wholesaler headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. The terms of the agreement include opening a minimum of 75 Baci Lingerie monobrand stores in Spain over the next five years, with the first two scheduled to open this summer in Barcelona’s Rambla Catalunya shopping area.
Sensualove will do business under the Baci Lingerie España S.L name. According to Baci Lingerie, the company is widely recognized in Spain. It designs, produces, distributes and markets its products through a variety of channels, including its network of owned and franchised stores and its websites. Baci Lingerie added that Sensualove runs the only chain of erotic shops in Spain, with a well-known, mainstream brand concept present on the best shopping districts and malls.
Baci Lingerie reported that it decided to partner with Sensualove after several meetings with the company’s top-level executives. “We’re very proud and excited to enter Spain’s market. The success of this expansion will certainly be based on the partnership between two companies that share the same concept of affordable luxury,” said Dominik Jaddou, director of international sales for mono brand stores. “We found that Sensualove is a market leader already with their own stores and retail experience, [which] made them a perfect match for our mono brand store concept. They are extremely professional and run an amazing retail business in Spain that will only grow and become stronger with the addition of Baci Lingerie.”
Baci Lingerie is looking forward to meeting new partners and developing relationships at the International Lingerie Show (ILS) in Las Vegas from March 28 through 30.
Internetmarketing-Miami LLC, holder of the exclusive rights of Baci Lingerie, is a privately held company headquartered in Miami, Fla.
