(Filed Under Fashion News). Komar Inc. announced Friday that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire the St. Eve division of RN-SE Holdings LLC (Russell-Newman-St. Eve Holdings LLC).

St. Eve is listed as an add-on acquisition on the "Portfolio Companies" section of the Industrial Renaissance website. St. Eve International merged into Russell-Newman in 2007. That same year, Industrial Renaissance purchased Russell-Newman.

Komar Inc. expects the transaction to close next month.

“We have admired the St. Eve brand for many years and look forward to adding this brand to our growing portfolio,” said Charles Komar, president and C.E.O of Komar Inc.

This news comes a month after Komar signed a letter of intent to acquire Carole Hochman Design Group.
