(Filed Under wholesale Maternity News). For spring/summer 2011, Belabumbum is replenishing its maternity offerings across the swimwear, loungewear and foundation categories at a wholesale range of $22 to $54.
The Arizona-based company has introduced 10 new swimwear styles, four more than last year, including tankinis, bikinis and cover-ups. “Belabumbum is proving to be one of the most formidable players in maternity and nursing swimwear,” the company said about its emerging category.
In loungewear, Belabumbum focused on fabric, launching matching “mom and baby” styles called Starlet and Jayne & Rosie in pima cotton and cotton modal with coordinating prints. The company described these materials as the softest of their kind, adding that the selection also includes pieces made with its signature bamboo fabric, this range’s sizes run from S through XL.
The company also introduced the Camille bra, which it called “the prettiest cotton basic nursing bra you will ever see.” It is available in shades of black and latte. Based on the reported popularity of its Serena wire-free nursing bra, Belabumbum will bring this style back for a second season. Bras are available in sizes 32B through 38G.
Belabumbum also produces non-maternity lingerie, basics, sleepwear and loungewear. Retailers carrying the brand include Nordstrom through its website, BareNecessities.com and The Pump Station in southern California.
