(Filed Under wholesale Dancewear News). In an effort to make holiday and Valentine’s Day shopping simpler for buyers, Espiral introduced Fall in Love; a 16-piece supplement to its 2010 catalog consisting of new, seasonally-appropriate styles.
“This is the first time we have launched a supplement,” said Angela Escobar, co-owner of the Miami-based sexy apparel company. “People had been asking us if we were going to have something special for Valentine’s Day, and in the past we never did, we just launched these styles as part of our larger catalog. This time we wanted to do something small and special so that buyers wouldn’t have to sift through so many styles. Because we are doing so well with [these styles] we will extend them into our 2011 catalog.”
Escobar added that she expects the company to launch additional supplements in the future based on the success of this trial run.
The Fall in Love collection, which began shipping in November, includes lingerie and bedroom “playwear” styles wholesaling from $9.95 to $17.95. The majority of styles run in sizes S through XL, while the more risqué items run in SM and ML. Silhouettes include two-piece sets, babydolls and others.
“It is very sexy, romantic nightwear and playwear,” Escobar said. “We used a lot of lace, mesh and fishnet, and we also mixed them with some materials that are a little bit stronger, such as our foil lame fabric. We are very happy with the positive responses we have received.”
