(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Baci Lingerie announced Wednesday that it has signed exclusive distribution contracts with key companies in Europe, including Beate Uhse, which Robert Rosen, COO of Baci Lingerie, called the third largest retail chain in Europe and the largest in Austria, with over 45 franchise stores. Through the multi-million dollar agreement, Baci Lingerie will be the main core brand in all Beate Uhse stores for this Christmas season, the company said.
Additionally, Baci Lingerie has signed an agreement with the owner of the Beate Uhse shops to open several stand-alone lingerie shops in Austria within the next two years.
“We are not only proud to have signed exclusive distribution contracts with several leading companies in Europe, which fully affirms our affordable luxury strategy, but also have impressed our competitors so much that they are now joining us,” Rosen said.
Baci's contract with Eis.at, a well-known Austrian discount reseller, was cancelled and will expire on October 31. Eis.de GmbH, the reseller's partner company, continues to be Baci's exclusive distributor in Germany, and has sold $15 million's worth of the brand's merchandise this year.
Internetmarketing-Miami, LLC, holder of the exclusive rights of Baci Lingerie, is a privately held company headquartered in Miami, Fla. For further information, e-mail info@Baci-Lingerie.com.
