(Filed Under Textiles News). Tradeshow Texworld USA has released its seminar topics for its sixth convention scheduled for February 3rd through the 9th at the Javits Convention Center in Manhattan.
The seminar program, sponsored and organized by Lenzing Fibers and Lenzing Innovation, will bring together some of the industry's leading organizations to educate and instruct on various topics.
Seminars include the following topics: present and future trends and technologies in denim; how brands and retailers can reengineer their supply chain; how to acquire the latest information from the most credible sources regarding eco-friendly products and how to use Eco-Metrics, a system which measures the environmental impact of textile production; innovations in knitwear; and trends for Spring and Summer 2010.
Speakers include Mike Todaro, managing director of the American Apparel Producers' network; Karla Magruder, president of Fabrikology; Michael Kininmonth, technical manager for Lenzing Fibers; and Laurie Pressman, vice president of Fashion, Home and Interiors of the Pantone Color Institute.
