(Filed Under wholesale Men's Underwear News). Todd and Terry has taken its signature retro styling to the beach. The Australian brand, best known for its men’s underwear, has launched a swimwear range, available for immediate purchase through the company’s new direct-to-consumer online store for a retail range of $49 to $64 in sizes S through XL. Orders will ship to retailers by the end of June.
The range encompasses two men’s styles, the Zip-Trunk and Brief. John Ioannou, co-owner of Todd and Terry, described the Zip-Trunk as “stylish and reminiscent of a ‘50’s cut; think James Bond or Rock Hudson!” Greg Shand, co-owner, founder and design director of the company, said about the skimpier brief style: “You’d better get into the gym before you get into these!”
As in its underwear range, the company is offering both swim styles in prints named after what Ioannou and Shand consider the best beaches around the world, such as Laguna Beach, Newport and Bora Bora. Ioannou called the swimwear prints “bright and stylish with a real summer feel.”
The styles are also offered in solid shades of black, navy and white, which is new for Todd and Terry.
U.S. retailers carrying Todd and Terry include Conquette in New York City, LASC in Los Angeles, Skivvies in Dallas and Atlas Shops in Walnut Creek, Calif., among others. For further information, e-mail John@ToddandTerry.com.
