(Filed Under wholesale Loungewear News). Seattle Pacific Industries, Inc. has signed Panties Plus, Inc. for its Unionbay brand. Through the licensing agreement, Panties Plus will make junior’s and girl’s loungewear, sleepwear and intimate apparel, and young men’s and boy’s loungewear, sleepwear and underwear. Styles will roll out for the 2010 back-to-school season at a retail range for female styles of $6 to $10 for $6 to $10 for panties, $18 to $20 for bras and $12 to $25 for loungewear.
The introductory girl’s and junior’s collection will include styles “focused on clean lines with a touch of feminine edginess,” according to Seattle Pacific. Fabrics and prints will include plaids, graffiti, ombres, denim looks and burnouts inspired by Unionbay sportswear. The girl’s intimate collection will feature some of the same prints used in the junior collection, but with “softer and sweeter body styles,” Seattle Pacific said.
Seattle Pacific has also signed Summit Apparel Group to design and product young men’s and boy’s outerwear and board shorts. Board shorts will be available in stores in spring 2011, while outerwear will hit for fall 2011 back-to-school.
