(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Lovely Planet is launching a new line of two-to-a-pack novelty panties, Les Petites Culottes, in late January 2009 as part of their Maison Close lingerie line.

The panties will run at respective wholesale and retail prices of $10-$11 and $22-$25 in shades of pink and black, labeled with descriptions such as "prude" in French on the pink panties opposite "vicious woman" in French on the black panties. They are made of spandex and mesh material, and are one-size-fits-all with tie ribbons on the sides: "so they will fit most women. In fact, the larger you are, the sexier you will look in them!" said Rebecca Pinette-Dorin, the company's US Manager.

In addition, the company recently launched two new websites, www.love-to-love.com and www.mixgliss.com in addition to their pre-existing www.maison-close.com. Both showcase the company’s “high-end sensual products.”
