(Filed Under Fashion News). Stag Shop, a Canadian sexy retail chain owned by the Horea family, which also owns Coquette, is in expansion mode. The retailer has opened its 20th location in Barrie, Ontario, which marks its second location in the city. It also plans to open two additional stores in Oshawa and Guelph, Ontario shortly. A company source also noted to BODY that the company plans to open as many as 10 stores this year.
“We’re really excited about the new store,” Paige Horea, vice president of Stag Shop, said. “We’ve worked really hard over the years to maintain the company and build a solid reputation. The fact that we’ve now opened our 20th location is absolutely amazing and we couldn’t be happier about the opportunity to reach out and enrich the love lives of even more people. After all our customers are the reason we’re so successful and we want to make sure they are happy and satisfied.”
The Stag Shop’s locations range in size from 1,730-square-feet and 6,422-square-feet, with total square footage measuring 61,264-square-feet. The Horea family opened the first store in 1972.
