(Filed Under wholesale Dancewear News). Cheryl Creations has put its own spin on the graphic print trend. The manufacturer has introduced a six-piece collection of news-printed clubwear and dancewear. Morris Massry, president of the company, called it “a key collection at [this April’s] ILS. It really makes a statement, just like everything that we sell.”
Ed de la Torre, national sales director and tradeshow coordinator for the company, added: “The newsprint is incredibly hot.”
Styles include a one-shoulder tunic dress, which Morris named as the collection’s top seller, as well as leggings and tank tops. They come in a black and white option and a heather grey and black option, and run in sizes S through L. Wholesale prices run from $8 to $18.
The company is targeting the collection toward boutiques and sexy stores. Retailers who have expressed interest in the collection include Patricia’s; Intimate Expressions; For Lovers Only; Lace To Lust; Cognito; Adam & Eve; Lady Jane; Shear Forplay; and B.D. Enterprises.
