Iconix Brand Group, Inc. called its full-year and fourth quarter 2009 revenue results of $232.1 million and $65.8 million, respectively, record-breaking for the company. Revenue grew 7 percent during the full year, and 21 percent during the fourth quarter.
Neil Cole, chairman and chief executive officer of Iconix Brand Group, Inc, commented about the results: “I am pleased to report that 2009 was another record breaking year for our company.
“Our ability to drive organic growth through the expansion of our direction to retail programs in one of the most challenging retail environments in history demonstrates the strength of our business model […] We have strengthened our balance sheet and today have approximately $230 million of cash available to be opportunistic in the pursuit of acquisitions. As we begin 2010, we believe our company is well positioned to deliver continued growth and we look forward to the exciting opportunities ahead of us.”
The company expects full year 2010 revenue to be between $260 million and $270 million.
