(Filed Under Fashion News). Sears Holdings has hired Tara Poseley as SVP and president of Kmart Apparel. In her new position, she will be responsible for oversight, leadership and strategic growth of the division’s in-store and online apparel business.

Poseley most recently worked for Bebe Stores, where she was hired as president of Bebe Sport in spring 2009, which has now transitioned over to the PH8 brand. According to Sears, Poseley was responsible for launching the PH8 concept. She has also held positions with Disney Stores North America and Gap, Inc.
