The company hired Victoria Vandagriff, former president of Bendon USA/Elle Macpherson Intimates, as executive vice president of sales, and Paula MacDougall, former vice president of merchandising for the Warnaco Group, as chief merchandising officer. Vandagriff will be in charge of strategic planning and management of the company’s branded and private label businesses, while MacDougall will oversee design and merchandising for both areas.
According to the company, Vandagriff’s wholesale and retail apparel experience spans across 20 years. In addition to Bendon USA, she has worked for the Carole Hochman Design Group. MacDougall has 30 years of retail and wholesale apparel experience. Prior to her time at Warnaco, she worked for Macy’s, Inc. for 17 years in a variety of capacities, including intimate apparel product development and team building.
