HCP Announces Buyer Incentives

(Filed Under wholesale Costume News). TransWorld Exhibits hopes to boost buyer attendance at its upcoming Halloween, Costume & Party Show (HCPShow) through its just-announced buyer incentives and hotel packages.

The company has secured hotel packages for two or three-night stays for buyers at the Crowne Plaza and Hyatt Regency hotels—both of which are within walking distance of the show—which include breakfast for two, free Internet access, and admission to the HCPShow’s VIP lounge during show hours. Interested parties must book hotel packages by December 31, 2009. The show is scheduled to take place from Feburary 26th through March 1st, 2010 at The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill.

The company is also offering buyers a VIP Show Package, which includes daily coat checking at the show, free neck massages and additional food and beverage offerings on-site during show hours.

Partner Sam Bundy, who is the newest addition to the TransWorld team, has been instrumental in creating these packages, as well as other HCPShow enhancements, according to the company. Bundy has over 20 years of experience in “industry powerhouses” including ASD/AMD Tradeshows and Walter Fletcher, Inc. TransWorld reported that by applying his marketing strategies to the company’s 2009 Jewelry, Fashion & Accessories Show, attendance grew 15 percent.

According to Bundy, TransWorld’s ultimate goal in creating these packages and incentives at the HCPShow is to make buyers feel like VIPs. “We’ve secured phenomenal rates for buyers who just want to book individual nights as well as those who prefer package deals,” he said.

The HCPShow is returning to Rosemont, Ill. next year after a two-year stint in Las Vegas. For further information, call (800) 323-5462.
